Meg and Merlin brave a “ Fun Day” at the stables and learn some exciting new tricks in this high-spirited new instalment of Tanya Landman’ s horse-riding series. When her friend Sam’ s pushy mum suggests that Meg and Merlin attend a “ Fun Day” at the stables where she works, Meg doesn’ t really feel she can say no. She enjoys the chance to improve her riding skills, but when Sam’ s mum tries to force Merlin over a water jump, he refuses, and she ends up getting very wet, much to everyone’ s amusement.
